R Balaji, Managing Director : A post graduate in Science has a vast experience in research and development projects for technology dissemination in the fields of Organic Farming Practices, Wasteland Development, High Tech Agriculture, Spriulina Alga Commercial Cultivation, Biochemical Extractions from Agro products and algae, Solid Waste Management and Energy Conservation. He had his rich research experience as Technologist in Shri AMM Murugappa Chettiar Research Centre, Chennai for over 12 years and was also Vice President, Proalgen Biotech Limited, Chennai for 10 years. He was also holding the Post of Corporate Advisor for M/s Hydrolina Biotech Private Limited, Chennai for whom a technology for Lycopene extraction from Tomato was developed with proprietary rights. This will be India’s first tomato line process in terms of technology, design and size and will be second in the world. He has co-authored two international patents for Natural Betacarotene and Lycopene.

Dr.C.Venkatraman, M.Tech. Ph.D, Director: Doctorate in Biotechnology has over 25 years experience in administration and management; highly conversant with commercial applications in Environmental Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Water & effluent treatment, Clean Development Mechanism, Biotechnology, Food, and in several other emerging areas such as Organic Certification, Agro-forestry, Solid Wastes Management and Good Manufacturing Practices. 8 Years experience as Certification Head and Lead Auditor, at Bureau Veritas Certification India (formerly BVQI) based at Chennai taking care of Certification activities, carrying out audits in Environmental, Health & Safety (OHSAS), Quality, Food Safety (ISO 22000/HACCP/FAMI-QS) and Organic Certification management systems. Conducted training courses in EHS and Food Safety and trained many personnel from the Industry. Presently a Management Systems Consultant, since May 2009, engaged in establishment and implementation of QEHS and Food Safety management systems in various organizations.

Mr.S.Srinivasan, C.A.. Director: Is a Chartered Accountant and has been in the business of Agro related industry since early nineties. He had established a Cut Flower (Rose) production facility under Poly house (10000 sq.m) near Bangalore in 1990 and was operating till recently. He also has many coir pith process facilities across the Tamil Nadu and also developed Grow Bag technology using processed Coir pith. He is also exporting the processed coir pith to various countries for a decade now and is highly interested in organic farming exercises. He also has a HDPE and Teflon moulding industry in Chennai catering to the needs of big industrial houses. He brings in his rich experience in Technology Marketing, Financial discipline and guidance alongside to Swayambhu Biologics.”

Dr. Randhir S Gajraj, Ph.D, (Algology): Masters in Botany to commence with PhD versed algology flair of owing fineness. Founder of Algae Orphanage Research Initiative (AORI); a welcome gesture to all forms of algae and people associated with it to abode under algal arena. A enthusiastic humanitarian cum professional executor of Spirulina and allied algal technologies on field, in particular at grassroots echelon projects of Department of Biotechnology, GOI under MCRC; Chennai and other public, private banners like University of Rajasthan; Jaipur, Sadbhav Foundation, Mumbai; 1991 - 2007. Ably and technically shouldered various algology commercial projects of companies like Proalgen Biotech, ICBM Pvt Ltd, Hydrolina biotech, and Sina microalgae; Iran during 2004 – 2012. Continuing R&D and commercial works on fresh water, brackish and marine algae to encompass pioneering edge and many a ingenious IPRs in algal arena on biotechnologies to surge various seeds and needs in lines of natural pigments, bio-oils, food, feed, algal bio fertilisers, beverages and cosmetics with incessant zeal to devise and innovate algal biotechnologies and allied by-products flush for the pharmacological and biofuels admittance.

Mrs Rekha Rajesh M.Sc, Microbiology, Controller R & D: Rekha Rajesh holds a Masters degree in Microbiology and has 7 years of experience in Research and Development . She was a part of research team in a US-based Biotech company from 2003-2006 which successfully conducted research on various areas & products, including developing a cost effective HIV/AIDS detection kit and fluorescent dye labelled products having wide range of application in diagnostic laboratories. She also developed robust platform for detecting microbial presence in sterile and clear solutions. Since 2007, she has been a part of our team which is focused on Carotenoid extraction, algal cultivation and agro related products. She has spanned a spectrum of responsibility in Technology development and establishment of CGLP and GMP standardization of analytical procedures. She successfully cultivated photobacteria using only algal protein as a source of carbon and nitrogen. She also developed an efficient extraction procedure for complete separation of chlorophyll free carotenoids using solvent-solvent partition under the able guidelines of Dr.T.M.Vatsala. This innovative work has been published in well reputed national journal. She also co-authore a Patent on extraction of carotenoids from natural sources and the application was already published in 2008.

Cibie Vignesh. B – Research Associate: Holds a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering. Co-inventor - Media and method for effective combined management of Pressmud and Spentwash using Microbial Intervention. Has won Awards during his academic journey which include · 3rd position for paper presentation on ethanol production from Tomato waste at National symposium held at Manipal Institute of Technology, 2013. · Presented paper at Anna university, inter college symposium, 2nd position for technical quiz held at Madras Christian College, Chennai. Cibie is specialised in Handling analytical equipment. Establishment of CGLP, CGMP standardisation of analytical procedures.
